I need advice plsss

So i have a bunch of these guys but my bestie gave me this one and i took it with me travelling and she clearly went thru it… im thinking of fully pealing off everything but i dont like the plastic feel to it. I was considering covering it in sand? Like glueing a thin layer of sand to it ? Idkkk lmk shes my only bunny. Also i will be buying new eyes of course dw. Also if anyone knows a way to get all the fur off completely easily lmk please
